Ceramic Extrusion Press

The universal high-efficiency de airing extrusion unit for pressure rates up to 200 bar. This press features horizontal primary pug filler in a cascade  arrangement. The transparent vacuum chamber allows a direct observation of the process inside the vacuum chamber. Auger segments are made of hard metal for handling abrasive and corrosive bodies. Tubes of diameter upto 100 mm can be extruded and continuous longer tubes can be produced. Screw type extruder allows better shearing of pug to get defect free extrudate.
