  • Green Hydrogen generation demands low-cost, high-efficiency, and durable electrocatalysts for Hydrogen Evolution Reaction (HER) and Oxygen Evolution Reaction (OER). ARCI has built a strong, multi-material, multi-scale programme targeting: phase engineering of 2D MoS2 nanosheets, doped 2D Sheets , Metal alloy (/phosphide)  , with large area film depostion by scalalable solution process Electroless techniques he programme addresses the key limitations of noble metal catalysts (e.g., Pt) by developing highly active, earth-abundant catalysts that perform efficiently in: acid, alkali, sea water and indurial process relavant electrolytes This is expected for direct applications in commercial alkaline electrolyzer and energy devices

  • Overpotentials (111–170 mV @ 10 mA/cm²) Tafel slopes (65–110 mV/dec) in acidic, alkaline , saline water 
  • Large-area (10×10 cm) electrode fabrication capability on SS, graphite, mesh, perforated substrates
  • Replaces expensive Pt-based catalysts
