Halide perovskite semiconductors emerged as next-generation photovoltaic materials owing to their strong light absorption, excellent carrier diffusion length, low defect density and solution processability. Our research focusing on development of efficient and stable perovskite, large-scale material synthesis, scalable deposition process, prototype module fabrication and outdoor performance demonstration.
