Overview
Easy to clean coating technology is developed to reduce dust/dirt deposition on the PV panels and enhance the ease of cleaning the same. A general challenge is finding single protective coating (single layer) that has best-in-class qualities of easy to clean properties, high weather and mechanical stabilities, and no loss in transmittance after coating development on PV panels with curable ambient conditions. ARCI has developed Easy to clean coating technology that decreases the efforts for cleaning and reduces dust deposition of PV panels. The technology has been validated at various ground levels and rooftop PV plants.
