Integrated Photoelectrochemical (PEC) & Electrochemical Characterization Facility

This advanced, multi-instrument PEC platform enables comprehensive evaluation of photocatalytic, electrocatalytic, and optoelectronic materials. The setup integrates a potentiostat/galvanostat (VersaSTAT 4), AM 1.5 Oriel solar simulator, wavelength-tunable Newport monochromator, and continuous gas-product detection via GC-2010. This combination allows precise analysis of photovoltage, photocurrent, incident photon-to-current efficiency (IPCE), faradaic efficiency, and gas-phase product quantification.
