Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) Development
• GDL and CCM sandwich using cold/hot press subject to load and time
• Sealant (gasket) selection as per the MEA thickness.
• Assembly of MEA, gasket with flow field plates, end plates and current collector
• Testing the single cell or series of cell in fuel cell/electrolyzer test bench in defined testing
condition

• Quality testing of various fuel cell components like bipolar plated, End plates,
Hydrogen and Air supply system, gas humidifier etc.
• UPS and Electrical grid line Maintenance.
• Maintenance of hybrid powered vehicles and batteries.
• Safe handling of high pressure gases like hydrogen, oxygen, Air.
• Maintenance of Hydrogen gas manifolds in the R&D lab and gas house.
• General Maintenance of Air compressor and Chiller unit
