GDL and CCM sandwich using cold/hot press subject to load and time
Sealant (gasket) selection as per the MEA thickness.
Assembly of MEA, gasket with flow field plates, end plates and current collector
Testing the single cell or series of cell in fuel cell/electrolyzer test bench in defined testing condition.


Assembly of various types of PEM based electrolyzers 
Testing and development of Electrochemical PEM based Methanol reformer with various capacities ranging from 0.1 – 2.5 Nm3 /hr of hydrogen 
Integration of the ECMR based stack with Balance of Plant such as Gas separation system, Heat exchangers and driers
Development of self-compressed hydrogen from ECMR to minimize the use of external compressor for on-site generation 
Integration of ECMR prototype with PV and testing at various conditions. 
Ink Preparation for CCM and CCE for PEM fuel cells
CCE electrode preparation and MEA preparation
Assembly and testing of PEM fuel cells from single cells to 10 kW 
Integrating the PEM fuel cells with Balance of Plant components and testing
Lab maintained and equipment maintenance such as air compressors, Glove box, Hot Press, Doctors blade, Gas Chromotography
Handling of Hydrogen, regulators filling and refilling 
Using hydrogen sensors/detectors for leakages
