The Air Jet Erosion Tester is designed for controlled evaluation of solid particle erosion resistance in coatings and bulk materials under both ambient and high-temperature environments. The system enables realistic simulation of erosive conditions encountered in industrial components such as gas turbine hot-section materials, heat-exchanger tubes, and high-temperature processing equipment.

Its computer-controlled operating platform provides precise regulation of flow rate, test duration, temperature, and impingement geometry, ensuring high repeatability and accurate erosion performance characterization.
